Shipping policy

We work to deliver orders quickly and efficiently. We ship within Israel. In exceptional cases where we cannot deliver to a certain area, we will contact you in advance.

Shipping times

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays and festivals). Orders are delivered to your door within up to 7 business days of the purchase date. Limited-edition kits that have sold out may be delayed until they are produced again, in which case we will update the customer.

Shipping costs: ₪35 for home delivery, free for orders over ₪350.

Self-pickup from Tel Aviv is available by prior arrangement.

The available options will be shown at checkout. Occasionally there may be free-shipping promotions, subject to the terms stated on the website.

Delays

We make every effort to meet delivery times, but delays beyond our control may occur, such as congestion at the shipping company, weather, strikes or emergencies. In the event of a significant delay, we will update the customer as soon as possible.

The website is not responsible for a delay in a shipment carried out by a third party, resulting from force majeure, strikes, the security situation, or the customer's failure to respond when arranging the delivery.
