We work to deliver orders quickly and efficiently. Shipping is within Israel. In exceptional cases where we can't ship to a particular area, we'll contact you in advance.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays and festivals).

Orders are delivered to your door within up to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Self-pickup from Tel Aviv is available by prior arrangement.

Shipping costs

• Home delivery: ₪35.
• Free on orders over ₪350.
• Self-pickup (by prior arrangement): free.

Available options will be shown at checkout. Free-shipping promotions may occasionally be offered, subject to the terms stated on the site.

Delays

We make every effort to meet delivery times, but delays beyond our control may occur, such as heavy load at the shipping company, weather, strikes or emergencies. In the event of a significant delay, we will update the customer as soon as possible.

The site is not responsible for a delay in a shipment carried out by a third party resulting from force majeure, strikes, a security situation or the customer's failure to respond to coordinate the delivery.
