Refund policy
We make every effort to ensure a pleasant, fair and transparent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help in accordance with the policy detailed below.
Cancelling a transaction
A transaction may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation is possible within 14 days of receiving the product or of the transaction's confirmation, whichever is later.
- Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, by email.
- When a transaction is cancelled for a reason other than a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be charged.
Returning products
A product may be returned provided it is intact and undamaged. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the error was ours.
Returning series
A series (a set of several collages at a special price) may be cancelled and returned as a whole. A customer who wishes to return only some of the collages in a series will have the collages she keeps priced at their regular price on the website, and the difference will be deducted from her refund.
Personal curation
Personal curation is a service. Cancelling before the date of the curation call entitles you to a full refund. After the call has taken place, the service is considered fully provided, and its payment is non-refundable.
Refund
The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. When the credit appears in your account depends on the credit card company.
