Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation is permitted within 14 days from the date the product is received or from the date the transaction is confirmed (whichever is later).

• Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing, via the website’s contact form or by email.

• In the case of a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, fees may apply.

Product Returns

A product may be returned provided that it is complete and undamaged. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction. The refund processing time is up to 14 business days from the date the cancellation is approved, in accordance with the credit card company’s policy.
